Sri Lanka revises fuel prices again; But no talk of kerosene

Sri Lanka has revised fuel prices for the second time in three weeks in the month of October, with Petrol 92 reduced by nearly 18 percent to 370 rupees per liter.
Power & Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera tweeted on Monday October 17 that the revision will come in to effect from 9.00pm Monday. (Today)
Some Fishermen commenting over this said that government has totally forgotten the fisher community who mostly uses kerosene oil. It is useless of marking World Food Day yesterday without treating the suppliers of Protein need to people in this country. Why they do not think about us ? why they don’t reduce the price of kerosene oil? how can we feed our families? they ask.
END.
