A group of travel agents from France arrives to promote tourism in Sri Lanka
A group of 80 French travel agents arrived in Sri Lanka this morning (21) to promote tourism in Sri Lanka.
The group of travel agents on the familiarization tour arrived at Bandaranaike International Airport on Monday, 21st of Nov. at 07.25 in the morning from France on SriLankan Airlines flight UL-501.
After visiting the areas of Kandy, Bentota and Colombo and observing the hotel system in these areas, this group is expected to bring tourists from France to Sri Lanka.
A group of representatives from Sri Lankan Airlines, tourist hotels, bus service companies that transport tourists and a group of officials from the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau also came to the arrival terminal of Katunayake Airport to welcome the French travel agents,
The group will visit Kandy, Bentota and Colombo and observe the hotels system in these areas. They are expected to bring tourists from France to Sri Lanka, following the familiarization tour.
