Over 177,000 still live with relatives after Ditwah
According to the Disaster Management Center (DMC), more than 177,000 people are still living with relatives and friends after Cyclone Ditwah.
The Disaster Management Center said that 177,423 people from 52,194 families are still staying with relatives, friends or in other places, often sharing the same house after losing their own homes or being unable to return.
In addition, 19,340 people from 6,074 families are still living in 205 relief centers, with conditions remaining precarious, mainly in the hardest-hit areas.
In this disaster, 6,025 houses were completely destroyed, and another 108,591 houses were partially destroyed.
