Cabinet approves vehicle procurement for prisons dept
According to the information from the Department of Prisons, the Cabinet of Ministers has approved the purchase of 40 buses, 10 vans, five bowsers, and three tractors for the Department of Prisons to enhance operational efficiency and inmate welfare.
Eight bids were received, and contracts will be awarded based on the recommendations of the high-level standing procurement committee, following the proposal presented by the Minister of Justice and National Integration.
