Parliament to go pink tomorrow!
Speaker Dr. Jagath Wickramaratne announced to Parliament that MPs should come to Parliament tomorrow, October 22, 2025, wearing pink or pink-colored clothing to raise global breast cancer awareness.
He also announced to Parliament that the Women Parliamentarians’ Association has arranged to distribute a badge to MPs to wear tomorrow, symbolizing awareness about global breast cancer, and that all MPs will be given the badge at the entrance of the Parliament tomorrow.
