Prime Minister Holds Bilateral Talks with Kenyan Deputy President on Strengthening Cooperation
Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya met with the Deputy President of Kenya, H.E. Prof. Kithure Kindiki, on 03 November 2026, on the sidelines of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in Antigua and Barbuda.
During the meeting, both sides reaffirmed the strong and longstanding relations between Sri Lanka and Kenya. Discussions focused on exploring avenues to further strengthen bilateral cooperation, particularly in the fields of agriculture, trade and investment, as well as climate financing.
