WHO Director-General Arrives in Sri Lanka today
World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus arrived in Sri Lanka today (12) to attend the 78th Regional Conference of the WHO for South and Southeast Asia.
He was welcomed at the Bandaranaike International Airport in Katunayake by Health and Mass Media Secretary Dr. Anil Jasinghe.
The three-day conference will take place from October 13 to 15 at the Cinnamon Life Hotel in Colombo, bringing together regional health leaders to discuss key public health priorities.
