Talks on Trump’s plan began yesterday in the Egyptian resort of Sharm El Sheikh to discuss the details of the agreement.
According to Al Qahera, a broadcaster close to the Egyptian government, the first round of talks ended “in a positive atmosphere”. For his part, Trump said he was “fairly confident” that an agreement would be reached to end the conflict.
