Emergency Hotlines Activated for Sri Lankans in Nepal
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism has activated 24-hour emergency hotlines to assist Sri Lankan nationals currently in Nepal.
Those requiring immediate assistance can contact the Sri Lankan Embassy in Kathmandu on +977 985 104 8653 or slemb.kathmandu@mfa.gov.lk.
Ministry Spokesperson Thushara Rodrigo is also available as the main contact in Sri Lanka on 070 788 7778 (mobile/WhatsApp) or publicity@mfa.gov.lk.
Sri Lankan nationals in Nepal have been urged to remain safe and follow official updates.
