SL will provide visa-free entry to 35 nations – Says Harin Fernando
Harin Fernando, an adviser to the Tourism Ministry, announced that the Cabinet has approved visa-free access for 35 countries to Sri Lanka starting October 1, 2024.
This policy will be active starting on October 1, 2024, and will last for six months.
The countries listed are the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, Australia, Saudi Arabia, China, India, Russia, South Korea, and Japan.
The list of countries are as follows : United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Australia, Denmark, Poland, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Nepal, China, India, Indonesia, Russia, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, France, United States, Canada, Czech Republic, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Israel, Belarus, Iran, Sweden, South Korea, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, New Zealand.
